Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Club Mnagement Software and the responsibilities of academies, clubs, administrators, staff, and users.
Service provider
Club Mnagement Software is a software product of Hope Bridge Technology SPC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the service
- You may use Club Mnagement Software to manage academy operations such as classes, attendance, students, coaches, accounting, payments, reports, and communications.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your academy account are authorized and use the service lawfully.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, business, and contact information when using the service.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, reverse engineer the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your academy account. You must notify us if you believe an account has been compromised or used without authorization.
Customer data
Each academy owns and controls the operational data it enters into the service. You are responsible for having the required permission to collect, enter, process, and communicate with students, guardians, coaches, staff, and other contacts.
WhatsApp and messaging
- If you connect WhatsApp Business or another messaging provider, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms, template approval rules, opt-in requirements, and messaging policies.
- You must not send spam, illegal, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized promotional messages through the service.
- Delivery timing, approval, reachability, and provider costs may depend on third-party systems that are outside our direct control.
Accounting and financial records
The accounting features are intended to support small academy operations and internal recordkeeping. You remain responsible for reviewing records, complying with tax and accounting obligations, and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
Trials, subscriptions, and payments
The service may offer a free trial or paid subscription plans. Plan limits, prices, renewal dates, cancellation terms, and paid features may be shown inside the application or agreed separately. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if payment is not completed.
Third-party services
The service may integrate with providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment services, email, SMS, or analytics tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, rejections, policy enforcement, or changes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, update, restrict, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product development.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Club Mnagement Software and Hope Bridge Technology SPC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security risk, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
